Arash Barinder Singh
Known to most people as Arsh Dhillon. Registered migration agent, practising from Southport on the Gold Coast.
I came here as a student in 2007.
I know firsthand the struggle … the paperwork, the waiting, the
uncertainty about what comes next for you and your family. But I never gave up, and
worked hard, did everything I could, and finally got PR in 2011.
More importantly, I found that I was good at solving my own immigration problems, with the help of my migration agent. So I decided to help others. I studied migration law in 2013 and first registered as a migration agent in 2014.
I particularly value being able to explain a difficult migration issue clearly and give a client a practical way forward.
My aim is to give clear, practical immigration assistance and to be
straightforward about both the strengths and the problems in a matter.

Your money is held properly
Money paid in advance for work not yet performed is held separately as client money and dealt with in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
Advice you can act on
If our assessment identifies a significant eligibility problem or poor prospects, we will explain that before you decide whether to proceed.
Your file is yours
You can ask for your documents back in writing at any time, and you are entitled to a statement of the services provided.
You know who is acting
Immigration assistance is given by a registered migration agent. You are told who that is, and you can verify the registration.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. If that does not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.
